The Criteria

Situated alongside the TFL viaduct train track, this project involved the transformation of a former public house and 4 residential apartments into a modern mixed-use development comprising nine contemporary apartments and two commercial shell units on the ground floor. A carefully designed side and rooftop extension wraps around the retained structure, seamlessly integrating old and new elements. This redevelopment preserves the character of the original disused building while introducing high-quality living spaces and commercial opportunities in a prime urban location. Completion March 25
